Thanks for stopping in. I am a certified personal trainer and health coach with a degree in exercise science and over 6 years of experience in training, teaching, and continuing my education in helping transform lives through fitness and a healthy lifestyle.


Exercise has always been the one constant thing in my life, I began dancing and playing sports at a young age which led me to a lifelong passion for fitness and taught me the self-discipline I have developed over the years that fuels my desires to inspire and empower others to live a positive lifestyle. Taking care of my body inside and out has always been my priority and I wish to share this passion with all of you.


Aside from looking great, fitness is about making you feel great, creating self-love, personal growth, and the confidence to achieve anything you set your mind to. My style of training uses light weight and high repetition to tone every inch and leave you with a long lean dancer type body. My method is to strengthen and lengthen your muscles at the same time through the use of functional movements that enhance mobility, reduce the risk of injury, and create a mind-body connection.


I fully believe that with the right training, nutrition, and mindset you can achieve life long success, health, and happiness.
