Years of dealing with chronic pain and a sensitive neck/back left me feeling like there was little I could do. In fact, my first day with Olivia started with my little speech about all the various moves I would not be doing. I was so frustrated with the state of my body at that point that I had convinced myself it would only be a trial run. I really could not imagine a long-term commitment to fitness. I began working out with Olivia after a friend convinced me to join her in her workout at the gym she had been attending for a while. Before our first workout I was pretty nervous since I heard Olivia was very strict about form when training, which she is, and I didn’t have much experience with weight training. After only about 2 months of regularly going I started seeing the greatest definition in my arms that I had never had or thought I could achieve! Even my husband was talking about it. I started wearing more and more revealing shirts and now I attend the gym in completely sleeveless tops which I hadn’t been confident enough to rock in years!
