Aunt GiGi’s homemade granola!

A traditional family recipe

Ingredients:
3c whole oats
1c sweet coconut
1c walnuts chopped
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 c pecans
1/4c brown sugar
In a small bowl combine
1/4c real maple syrup
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/4c sunflower oil
& I like to add 2tsp of vanilla or almond extract (optional )
How to prepare:
Using a fork blend ingredients
Combine wet and dry ingredients, spread onto large baking sheet and cook for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes,
Let cool and add any dried fruit to it that you’d like to create your own granola!
