A Recipe For Overnight Oats!
Ingredients & How To Make
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk (cashew or coconut milk if you prefer)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Fresh, dried, or frozen fruit to your desired amount
In a mason jar add 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of almond milk, teaspoon of chia seeds and tsp of cinnamon, top it with your fruit of choice and give it a good shake. Refrigerate over night or at least 5 hours. In the morning add any additions you’d like; more fruit, seeds, nuts, nut butter, granola, coconut, or protein powder.
This is great for breakfast, mid day snack or a meal later in the day!
Perfect if your busy since you can make multiple at once and store in the fridge for 2-4 days depending on the fruit used!
